How to Order Custom Team Uniforms: A Step-by-Step Checklist

Ordering uniforms for a whole team can feel complicated, but most problems come down to a few missed details. Use this checklist to keep your order on track.
1. Start early
Custom uniforms are made to order. Allow time for design, approval, sampling (if needed), production and international shipping. Ask for estimated timelines in your quotation and work back from your first game.
2. Decide what's in the kit
Jersey only, or jersey and shorts? Socks, warm-up tops, arm sleeves or caps? Reversible jerseys can replace separate home and away kits for sports like lacrosse and basketball.
3. Gather your artwork
Send your crest or logo as a vector file if you have one (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). Add sponsor logos, colour references and any design ideas or reference photos.
4. Collect sizes and roster
Create a simple spreadsheet with each player's name, number and size. Check our size guide and, if possible, let players try on a sample size set.
5. Request a quote
Use our quote form to share quantities, size breakdown, fabric preference and shipping destination. The more detail you include, the more accurate the quotation.
6. Approve the mock-up carefully
Check colours, logo placement, spelling of every name and the full number list. Once approved, production follows the mock-up exactly.
7. Confirm shipping and delivery
Agree the shipping method and confirm who handles import duties. You'll receive tracking details once the order ships.
