Ordering
Do you manufacture to order or sell stock items?
We are a manufacturer. Products are made to order with your design, colours, logos, sizes and labels. The products on this website show our styles and capabilities — every one can be customised.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, fabric and decoration method. Please send a quote request with the product and approximate quantity and we will confirm the MOQ in your quotation.
Can I mix sizes and player names in one order?
Yes. Team orders usually include a full size breakdown and a roster of names and numbers. You can enter the size breakdown in the quote form or cart and attach a roster file.
How do I get a price?
Use the Request a Quote form, add products to your bulk-order cart, or message us on WhatsApp. Pricing depends on quantity, fabric, decoration and packaging, so we send a written quotation for every inquiry.
Design & samples
Do you provide design support?
Yes. Send us your logo and ideas, a reference photo or a full tech pack. Our team prepares a digital mock-up for your approval before anything is produced.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes, pre-production samples can be made so you can check fit, fabric and decoration. Sample cost and timing are confirmed in your quotation.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work and our team can redraw artwork if needed. See our Customization Guide.
Private label & OEM
Can you add my brand labels and tags?
Yes. We offer woven or printed neck labels, care labels, swing tags, branded polybags and custom boxes for private label orders.
Do you work from tech packs?
Yes. We manufacture from your tech pack (OEM) or develop the product for you from a concept or reference sample (ODM).
Shipping & payment
Which countries do you ship to?
We export worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
How long does production take?
Timelines depend on quantity and complexity. Your quotation includes estimated sample and bulk production times, which start from design approval and payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms and methods are confirmed on your proforma invoice. We do not take card payments on this website.
How can I track my order?
Visit the Inquiry Status page and enter your reference number and email address.
