Approved reference
The approved sample and mock-up are kept as the standard for the whole order.
In-line checks
Stitching, seam strength, print alignment and logo placement are checked during production.
Final inspection
Measurements, finishing, labels and size counts are checked before packing.

- Measurements within agreed tolerances for each size
- Colour matches the approved sample
- Print and embroidery placement, sharpness and adhesion
- Names and numbers match the approved roster
- Stitching: no skipped stitches, open seams or loose threads
- Labels, tags and packaging as specified
- Quantity per size matches your order
