Customer inquiry
You send product type, quantities, size breakdown, deadline and shipping destination, plus any logos or reference images.

Design and specifications
We confirm fabric, fit, colours, decoration method, trims and labels, and prepare a digital mock-up.

Sample development
A pre-production sample is made so you can check fit, fabric, colours and print quality.
- Sample photos or physical sample
- Adjustments made before bulk
Production approval
You approve the sample, final artwork, size breakdown and roster. Production is scheduled after approval and any agreed advance payment.
- Approved sample becomes the quality reference
Bulk manufacturing
Patterns are graded, fabric is printed or cut, and garments are stitched, decorated and finished.

Quality inspection
Finished garments are checked against the approved sample for measurements, stitching, print and colour.
- Faulty pieces removed before packing
Packaging
Garments are folded, bagged and labelled, then packed into cartons according to your packaging specification.

International shipment
We prepare export documents and ship by courier, air or sea freight — or hand over to your forwarder.
